INGREDIENTS:
- Corn flour - 1 cup
- Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Milk - a needed.
PREPARATION:
- Melt ghee in a flat wide pan, add corn flour and roast them for 10 minutes or until they are roasted in low heat.
- Now add the brown sugar, switch the stove and mix them well until they blend together.
- Now transfer this to a flat wide pan, add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now add little by little milk and make laddu (round balls) with them and serve.
NOTES:
- Take about 15 minutes to make.
